Before the first class, our physiotherapist carefully checks each person’s health history, injuries, and body limitations through the onboarding form to make workouts safe and suitable for them.
Every excercise has levels
Every exercise comes with two options — Gentle (Level 1) and Active (Level 2) — so every parent can move at a pace that feels comfortable and right for their body.

Real -time guidance and corrections help every parent maintain proper form, so they always feel confident and supported during the workout
Last 10 minutes are personal
The final 10 minutes are dedicated to a personal cooldown walk, where the coach checks in with every parent — how they’re feeling, any discomfort they may have, and the progress they’re starting to notice.
